Depending on scope, deliverables may include an options comparison, a provider shortlist, an operating cost model, a workflow plan and a setup timetable.

We also establish a launch checklist covering responsibilities, systems and readiness to process orders.

We begin with your product range, expected order volumes, delivery requirements and existing sales systems.

The engagement can cover planning and provider selection or extend to implementation coordination. Warehouse, storage, software and carrier charges are separate from our consultancy fees.
